'Twilight' Leads Nominees for 2010 People's Choice Awards

Twilight, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, imageHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Twilight scored a leading seven nominations to lead the field of nominees for the 2010 People's Choice Awards, organizers announced Tuesday.

The hit franchise is up for favorite movie, while Robert Pattinson was nominated for favorite movie actor and Kristen Stewart was nominated for favorite movie actress. Taylor Lautner, meanwhile, was nominated for favorite breakout movie actor.

Also showing bite was True Blood, which was nominated for favorite TV obsession and sci-fi/fantasy TV show. The vampire show's star, Anna Paquin, also earned a nod for favorite TV drama actress.

On the music side, singer Britney Spears earned nominations for favorite pop artist and favorite female artist, where she'll compete against Taylor Swift.

Fans can vote online for their favorite stars at www.peopleschoice.com.

Queen Latifah is set to host this year's ceremony at the Nokia Theatre. The event will be broadcast live on CBS on Jan. 6.
