HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Alicia Keys and Jack White have made history together.
The duo has premiered their theme song duet for the upcoming James Bond film, "Quantum of Solace." The collaboration is the first duet in the history of the franchise, which dates back to 1962's "Dr. No."
The song, "Another Way to Die," was written and produced by the White Stripes singer, who also plays drums on the track. The film's soundtrack will be released on Oct. 28.
It was previously rumored that often-troubled British singer Amy Winehouse was a candidate for the theme song.
"Quantum of Solace," which will be the 22nd installment of the franchise, is due in theaters on Nov. 7.
