Video: Miley Cyrus Raps About Quitting Twitter

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Miley Cyrus has decided a rap song is the best way to explain her abrupt exit from Twitter.

In a new YouTube video, the 16-year-old star breaks down her decision to quit the micro-blogging site last week.

"Yeah, the rumors are true, I deleted my Twitter," Cyrus raps in the choreographed video. "I had to say goodbye and this little rap is to tell my fans why."

While she referenced Liam Hemsworth in her final Tweet, Cyrus explains that her new beau wasn't the one behind her decision to quit Twitter.

"It wasn't because my friend told me to," Cyrus sings. "I stopped living for moments and started living for people... I want my private life private. I'm living for me."
