STURGIS, S.D. — TMZ has obtained a video showing Steven Tyler's fall from the stage Wednesday during a concert in South Dakota.
The 61-year-old Aerosmith frontman reportedly suffered head, neck and shoulder injuries.
Tyler was treated at the scene before being airlifted to Rapid City Regional Hospital.
The singer's stage fall happened while he was performing the band's hit song "Love in an Elevator."
"He does a lot of dancing on the stage and he does a lot of stuff with his mike stand. He put his stand down and twirled around and stepped backwards off the stage," said Mike Sanborn, spokesman for the Buffalo Chip Campground, which hosted the outdoor event.
The incident happened about halfway through the band's performance at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
