HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — If Ali Fedotowsky wants to remain optimistic about her chances of finding true love, she might want to avoid watching Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi's interview on next week's episode of The Bachelorette.
The former Bachelor couple says their love was real but acknowledges that their relationship is beyond repair in the interview, set to air July 5. A nasty game of he-said, she-said then ensues as the twosome argues over who broke up with whom and Girardi defends herself against allegations she cheated on Pavelka (she's been linked to actor Gregory Michael).
At one point, Girardi calls Pavelka "a liar" and "a fame whore." Moments later, the interview abruptly ends after a heated confrontation that makes Girardi burst into tears and storm out.
ABC has previously denied reports that the confrontation turned physical.
Pavelka, 32, and Girardi, 24, announced their split last week, just three months after they got engaged on the Bachelor finale.
