NEW YORK — Madonna wowed her fans last night with an intimate show at New York's Roseland Ballroom.
The rare club performance was a celebration of the 49-year-old singer's latest album, "Hard Candy," which hits stores earlier this week.
The "Material Girl" performed six songs from her latest release, and was joined on stage by Justin Timberlake, her collaborator on the single, "4 Minutes." The track is currently No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The show was cybercast live on MSN Music in Concert in the U.S. It will also be shown internationally on May 15.
The Roseland Ballroom has a seating capacity of 3,500. Tickets for the show were available on a first-come, first-served basis.
"Hard Candy" is Madonna's final album with longtime record label Warner Bros. before she moves over to her landmark agreement with Live Nation.
