Britney Spears Dons Bikini for 'Letterman' Top 10 List

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Britney Spears is slipping into her bikini for David Letterman.

The 27-year-old pop star will be appear in a black bathing suit with a red hibiscus in her hair as she reads the Top 10 list on Tuesday night's "Late Show."

Spears will deliver the "Top 10 Ways the Country Would be Different if Britney Spears Were President."

"I'd be the first president to wear eye shadow since Nixon," she notes in one difference. Also on the list are "we would only invade fun places like Cabo" and "free pie for everybody."

This visit marks the singer's first appearance on the show since a surprise cameo appearance on Nov. 6, 2006.

Spears recently finished the European leg of her "Circus" tour. She'll kick off another batch of concert dates in North America on Aug. 20.
