Brooke Burke Confirms 'Dancing With the Stars' Co-Host Rumors

Brooke Burke, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, newHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Brooke Burke could be headed back to Dancing With the Stars.

The 38-year-old brunette beauty has confirmed rumors that she's in the running to replace Samantha Harris on the hit ABC show, which she previously won as a contestant.

"The news about me hosting DWTS is true," wrote Burke Tuesday on Twitter. "I am screen testing next week for the job, fingers crossed! It would be amazing 2 be back!"

Burke won the mirror ball trophy when she was paired with dancing pro Derek Hough on the seventh season of DWTS. Her past television experience includes her breakout gig on E!, where she hosted the popular series Wild On. More recently, Burke hosted the CBS reality shows Rockstar: INXS and Rockstar: Supernova.

Others who have been rumored to co-host alongside Tom Bergeron include Vanessa Minillo, Melissa Rycroft and Nancy O'Dell.

Harris announced her departure last month, saying she wanted to focus on her other gigs, including her recently expanded correspondent duties for The Insider.
