HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb have finalized the terms of their divorce after splitting last year.
Van Der Beek has agreed to pay McComb $7,750 per month until December 2012, according to court papers filed Monday in Los Angeles.
The settlement terms also include Van Der Beek getting their North Hollywood home and all the residuals generated from his career during their six-year marriage.
Their divorce will be official on June 3.
Van Der Beek filed for divorce in November, stating in his court papers that the pair had separated months earlier.
Van Der Beek and McComb, both 33, tied the knot in Malibu, Calif. over Fourth of July weekend in 2003. They do not have any children.
The actor is best known for his portrayal of Dawson Leery on the WB series Dawson's Creek, which ended in 2003 after five seasons.
McComb, meanwhile, has appeared in several films and TV shows over the years, including Fox's Party of Five.
