Diablo Cody Gives Birth to a Baby Boy

Diablo Cody, gives, birth, pregnant, pregnancy, expecting, baby, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Diablo Cody has welcomed a baby boy!

The 32-year-old screenwriter gave birth to son Marcello Daniel Maurio on Tuesday, she announced via Twitter. Cody joked that the new arrival, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, was "lightly mustachioed."

This is the first child for the Cody and her husband, Dan Maurio. She confirmed the pregnancy back in April on Twitter.

"Thanks for the congrats on my fetus!" wrote Cody, whose birth name is Brook Busey. "No secrets here; just thought it would be fun to see how big I could get before someone noticed."

Cody won an Oscar in 2007 for Juno, her coming-of-age story about a teenager's unplanned pregnancy.

She is currently adapting the Sweet Valley High book series into a film.
