Brittany Talarico, Style News Editor : Maybe I’m just blinded by how much I love Kim’s new haircut, but I’m feeling everything about her latest jaw-dropping look. It wouldn’t be a true Kim fashion moment if she wasn’t showing off her gravity-defying cleavage. The metallic gold makes her spray tan pop and her neutral makeup palette pulls the whole thing together. Sure, it’s risky, but that’s what Kim does well. And that’s what the Grammys is all about — lots of over-the-top glam.

Alex Apatoff, Senior Style Editor: It’s not that I don’t like the idea of this outfit. After all, if you’re going to go skin-baring, sparkly and cha-cha-cha, the Grammys is the time to do it. But it’s the execution I object to. The fit isn’t great (she’s so petite, and it looks like she just pulled it off a 6-ft-1-in model), the embellishments feel like afterthoughts (the belt is a little sad especially) and it just isn’t showcasing her cute new hair well enough for me. I think she should have saved this for a lazy Sunday at home with Kanye (you just know her bathrobe looks exactly like this) and brought something a little bolder to the red carpet.
