HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chad Ochocinco has finally made the catch of his life.
On Tuesday, the NFL star finally confirmed that he's engaged to girlfriend Evelyn Lozada during a chat on Ryan Seacrest's KISS-FM radio show.
"Yeah, man ... It's time for me to sit down," he told Seacrest when asked about the recent engagement rumors surrounding the receiver and his model girlfriend. "Enough is enough. I'm 32, you know, my days are over."
After having his love life played out in a reality TV series, Ochocinco said he finally met "the one" in Lozada, who he described as not "perfect," but "close enough."
"I think I found everything I've been looking for in one person. [She's] everything I've been missing," he said.
The Bengals star didn't reveal when the two plan to marry, but did say their wedding won't be in front of the cameras. As for starting a family, Ochocinco said anything is possible.
"Maybe [we'll have] ... a couple babies," he said. "You never know what'll happen."
