LOS ANGELES – Eva Longoria feels "sad" every day filming 'Desperate Housewives'.
The drama show is set to finish at the end of the ninth series and the actress - who has played Gabrielle Solis since it began - admits everyone on set is constantly "emotional" because they are so upset that the program is coming to an end.
Asked how she will feel at the end of filming, Eva told 'Access Hollywood': "I can't - you're going to make me cry already.
"I can't even think about it. I mean, every episode that we're shooting now is a little sad, because we're like, 'Oh, another scene of all of us in the woods, another scene of all of us playing poker.' It's all emotional - every episode is emotional for all of us."
Eva has many good memories of her stint on the show but she admits the early days of the program were her favorites.
She said: "My favorite moment will always be the pilot, the first episode. And kind of that time, too, because it was such madness.
"We always have fond memories of that time, and I remember Helen Hunt telling me, 'There's nothing like the birth of a hit, so remember every moment...It's rare, you know, and we kind of hit the lottery, so it's bittersweet to me to be here and say goodbye."
