HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Scarlett Johansson says she's perplexed by Lindsay Lohan's apparent rift with her.
In the December issue of Allure magazine, the 23-year-old actress says she doesn't know what led to the supposed feud, including Lohan's alleged crude scribbling against her on a New York City bathroom wall two years ago.
"I really don't know [her]," she says of Lohan. "I only met her, like, three times. But apparently she did [write something]. I don't know what the motivation was behind that. I remember it was something really vulgar — I mean, shockingly so, like, 'Whoa, what, who are you?' "
While she appears to have rubbed Lohan the wrong way, the same cannot be said for singer Katy Perry. Johansson's lips are known to have inspired Perry's hit single, "I Kissed A Girl."
"I had no idea [about the song]," the actress tells the magazine. "I should get a cut!"
"That's flattering, but my lips are kind of taken," adds Johansson, who recently married actor Ryan Reynolds.
Speaking of Reynolds, the "Match Point" star is mum when it comes to revealing how the couple met.
"Nobody knows," she says. "It's private. It's our story."
What Johansson does know is she's in a happy place these days.
"I always wanted to get married and have kids," she says. "I just never had any preconceived idea about what that would be like … My life seems to be happening naturally."
