HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Danny Bonaduce is hoping the third time is a charm.
The child actor recently tossed out another proposal to his girlfriend of nearly two years, Amy Railsback, who finally said yes.
"He proposed a whole bunch of times over the last couple of years, but you know, it's never quite official until you have a ring on your finger," the 26-year-old Railsback told Us Weekly. "I'm a little giddy about it."
The former school teacher who now manages her beau's career said the former "Patridge Family" star proposed with some pirate-themed jewelry that he loves, but she expects something fancier in the future.
"He promises to get me a grown up engagement ring and wedding when we get married. This one is a Danny version for now," she told the mag.
As for their wedding plans, the pair have yet to set a date and Railsback said it will be a small affair with "maybe 12 people, tops."
While this will be the first marriage for Railsback, the much older Bonaduce, 49, has been married twice before and has two children with his second wife, Gretchen. Their divorce was finalized in November with Bonaduce agreeing to pay $16,000 a month in child support and alimony and getting joint custody of the children.
As for whether she and the radio host will have children of their own someday, Railsback said only time will tell.
"Danny is kind of a handful on his own, so I can't really think that far," she said. "We'll see. I'm not sure how he feels about having kids at 50."
