HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Susan Boyle is going viral all over again!
London's The Daily Mirror has obtained a video of the breakout star from "Britain's Got Talent" singing 23 years ago at her parents 25th wedding anniversary party.
"It was a very emotional night," Boyle's older brother, Gerry, recalled of the night, in which his sister was only 25 at the time. "It goes quiet when Susan sings, it always does. She always has that effect."
The unemployed 47-year-old singer splashed onto the scene when she recently appeared on "Britain's Got Talent." After taking the stage to snickers, Boyle's rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" from the musical "Les Miserables" wowed both the audience and judges, including the often cynical Simon Cowell.
"Everyone was laughing at you — no one is laughing now, said fellow judge Piers Morgan. "Susan Boyle is not just a good singer, she's a fantastic singer."
Earlier this week, Boyle underwent a bit of a makeover, despite previously quizzing CNN's Larry King: "Why should I change?" She reportedly visited the Miss Toner salon near her home in Blackburn, Scotland, where the Mirror reports she "tamed her wild woolly gray hair," plucked her eyebrows and went from "frumpy to funky."
Boyle's fate on "Britain's Got Talent" will next be decided on May 23.
