HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chyler Leigh is out of the delivery room.
The 27-year-old actress gave birth to a baby girl Thursday in Los Angeles, her rep confirmed to People.
Daughter Anniston Kae weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce, the magazine said.
"Both mother and child are healthy," said Leigh's rep.
The new arrival is the third child for the "Grey's Anatomy" star and her husband, 30-year-old actor Nathan West.
Leigh and West, who worked together on "7th Heaven," tied the knot on July 20, 2002. They also have a 5-year-old son, Noah Wilde, and a 2-year-old daughter, Taelyn Leigh.
"We love our family," West told People last November. "If I wasn’t working as much and [Chyler] didn't have the show, we'd have five or six kids."
