Hilary Duff Pictures: Gossip Girl Filming on Location in New York Photos

The 21-year-old singer and actress will appear on multiple episodes of "Gossip Girl" this season. Duff will portray a movie star named Olivia Burke who is in search of the total college experience. That leads her to NYU, where she enrolls alongside Blair (Leighton Meester), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr), who becomes her roomie.

Duff will make her debut on the hit CW series in the fourth episode of the new season, which is scheduled to air Oct. 5.
