The highlight of the night came when Letterman decided to spray some of the star's Glow perfume into his mouth, prompting Lopez to remark, "that's water." She quickly found out Letterman had tasted the real thing when he turned the bottle on his guest and gave her a spray.

Lopez was on hand to promote her upcoming romance film, "The Back-up Plan," which debuts in theaters this weekend.
