LOS ANGELES — Stevie Wonder first met Michael Jackson when the young child star was turning heads as a member of the Jackson 5. So it was rightfully difficult for the elder Motown great to bid Jackson adieu at Tuesday's memorial service in Los Angeles.
"This is a moment that I wished that I didn't live to see come, but as much as I can say that and mean it, I do know that God is good," said Wonder as he took the stage. "And I do know that as much as we may feel, and do, that we need Michael with us, God must have needed him more."

Stevie Wonder Considering 'Dancing With the Stars'
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Stevie Wonder could be adding another hit to his legendary career.
In an interview with Los Angeles station 104.3 MYFM, the 58-year-old singer confirmed rumors that he's in talks to join the cast of "Dancing With the Stars."
"It'd be fun," Wonder told radio disc jockey Valentine. "It's not impossible."
