LOS ANGELES — Mila Kunis found both fame and a steady love at an early age, having met her longtime boyfriend Macaulay Culkin in the midst of her eight-year run on “That 70s Show.”

“We grew up together,” the 26-year-old Kunis, who has been dating Culkin for seven years, tells Women’s Health.

With Culkin having shot to fame as a 10-year-old in the 1990 John Hughes hit “Home Alone,” Kunis found a lover who knew full well the impact of striking it big early. It is that same bond that has been the driving force in the couple’s relationship.

“You find a steady rock in your life and that’s all you need,” she tells the mag. “We have our ups and downs, but work through them.”

Kunis, who next stars alongside Jason Bateman in the September comedy “Extract,” admits her relationship with Culkin may have taken a different course had they met at another time.

“I don’t know if I met him at 27 if it would have been a different relationship,” she says.

While the pair have a rock-solid relationship, Kunis confesses that she typically leans on her brother Michael when it comes to picking a partner to satisfy her passion for travel.

“I like the way he travels,” she explains of her older sibling. “He grabs a map, says, ‘Let’s walk,’ and makes you explore.”

Kunis says the siblings are an even better match when it comes to being adventurous on the food circuit.

“Michael’s a foodie like me, so we’ll eat our way through everywhere we go,” she says. “I’ll try anything once—alligator, frog, rabbit. Korea was one of those places where you really don’t want to ask what meat you’re eating.”
