The reality-star-turned-fashion-designer was spotted lending her support at the 18th Annual QVC FFANY Shoes on Sale event, held at the Waldorf-Astoria in NYC. As shoppers scored a fabulous deal on designer shoes, proceeds went to breast cancer research.

The 30-year-old mommy of two arrived looking fantastic in a slinky black dress and leopard print booties, which she took off quite a bit to try on various boots and heels throughout the night!
