Jennifer Aniston is in love and more content than she’s been in years, but even that couldn’t stop this emotional outburst. This week’s issue of OK! has all the details on what drove America’s sweetheart to tears and why no one should be shocked at the minor breakdown.
It had been a busy week for Jen, who was visiting Inova Breast Care Institute just outside of Washington, D.C. As she stopped to listen to one cancer survivor’s heartfelt story, Jen noticeable welled up and hugged the woman. “The woman was so lovely,” Jennifer, 42, gushed.

While Jen’s tears may have surprised some people, those closest to the actress knows this part of her well.
“The side of herself that Jen rarely shows to the public is this personal, vulnerable side. Jen’s not a public crier, but at Inova she was clearly moved to tears because she cares so deeply,” an insider tells OK!. “This trip affected her more than anything has in a long time.”

But the enormity of the fight against breast cancer isn’t the only reason Jen’s wearing her heart on her sleeve. Right now, in large part thanks to Justin Theroux, 40, Jen’s emotions are closer to the surface. “Being in love plays into it,” says a pal. “Her emotional guard is down right now. Justin gives her the emotional support to be more open in public.”
