Mitchel Musso has landed himself in a sticky situation. The actor, who’s most famous for playing Oliver Oken on the Disney hit Hannah Montana, was arrested for drunk driving yesterday in L.A. The worst part? He is only 20.
Mitchel was pulled over by Burbank police early Sunday morning.

“An officer was directing traffic and Musso failed to slow down when coming to the intersection,” Burbank Police Sgt. Sean Kelley told E! News. “He didn’t obey instructions and was pulled over. A DUI investigation was held and he was given a field sobriety test.”
The sergeant added: “Musso is 20 years old, so any alcohol in his system is illegal. He was well over the 0.08 limit.”
The young actor was arrested at 3:43 a.m. and released from jail at $5,000 bail.
Aside from Hannah Montana, Mitchel is also known as the voice of Jeremy Johnson on the Disney Channel series Phineas and Ferb and he’s the host of Disney Channel’s reality series PrankStars.

Neither Mitchel nor his reps at Disney have commented on his DUI at this point.
Since he is underage, Burbank police will not be releasing his mug shot.
