Vienna who?
Jake Pavelka gets down on one knee and mock proposes to a bachelorette-party bride Saturday at The Pool After Dark inside Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.
And the fun doesn’t stop there – from the time he arrives at 11:50 p.m., until he leaves at 1:40 a.m., the friendly former Bachelor star chats up and cheek-kisses nearly every single lady who lines up to meet him. (What a guy!)
Finalists entertain his pal in his VIP cabana as tunes like Usher’s DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again, Chris Brown’s Yeah 3X and Robyn S.’s Show Me Love play.
While the reality star, 33, jokes his special someone is a secret and he could be married, he is clearly on the prowl.
“I’m just dating around, trying to find the Mrs. Right,” he tells me. “I kind of struck out there [on the Bachelor]. That was more of the strike out, wasn’t it?”
Jake was clearly disappointed when his engagement to Vienna Girardi ended in June 2010 after the couple met earlier that year on the show. What has he learned from the experience?
“My biggest lesson in love is that you can’t make yourself fall in love with somebody, and when your heart starts to fall, you can’t stop it. Your heart’s going to love who it’s going to love.”
Nowadays, his focus has changed.
“I’m looking for a girl that genuinely has a huge heart – that cares about others more than she cares about herself.”
Around 1 a.m., he takes to the stage.
“Thank you for having me,” he tells the crowd. “Everybody got a drink in their hand? Because if you don’t have a drink in your hand, my table’s right over there, and we’ll make it so that you do have a drink in your hand.”
When he exits at 1:40 a.m., he’s joined by a blonde woman in his entourage. Could she be The One?
