The creator and Season 1 showrunner of Reba is suing 20th Century Fox over profits from the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court claims that Allison Gibson’s share of the profits was lowered from 10 percent to 7.5 percent when she exited the show before the second season. She says she’s owed at least $1.1 million in damages from the improper profit calculation. Among other things, the lawsuit alleges fraud. Gibson previously sued the company for an audit period that ended in 2006. It’s currently on appeal.
