ABC has cut Cougar Town‘s third season from a full 22 episodes down to just 15. While a specific premiere date was not given, it is said the series won’t debut until at least March. There are rumors that it will take over Work It‘s Tuesday 8:30 PM time slot once that new series finishes its first-season run.
Another notable omission from this schedule is Don’t Trust the B—- In Apartment 23, which was also slated to debut in midseason. The network didn’t give any indication on when it plans to debut Don’t Trust the B—- In Apartment 23. ABC will also shut down Man Up after its 13-episode run, and the fate of Sunday night series Pan Am is still undecided.
