Neil Marshall is in early negotiations to direct CBS Films horror project, Hellfest.
The story will revolve around a costumed killer who systematically slaughters the unsuspecting visitors who come to a theme park on Halloween night.
William Penick and Chris Sey are writing the script, with Gale Anne Hurd set to produce through Valhalla Entertainment.
The project is set to start production during summer of next year.
