Camille Grammer is getting rid of some excess baggage.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is selling her sprawling family home in Malibu, Ca., for a cool $17.9 million — or a little over $87,000 a month.
The gated property is approximately 4.77 acres of prime SoCal landscape with towering trees, flowering gardens, a lily pond, a tennis court and large private pool.
Inside, the home includes a gourmet kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck and a large master suite with an ocean view.
What else does it boast?
Book lovers will get a kick out of the mansion’s large library, while movie buffs will enjoy the Creston engineered home theater room with a large projection screen, separate bath and kitchen.
But that’s not all. A detached guest house includes a large kitchen, sitting room, several bedrooms, a five-car garage, private patio and rooftop deck.
And for anyone who happens to have an equestrian hobby, the property also comes with a dressage riding ring and nine-stall barn.
Camille split from Kelsey Grammer, her husband of 14 years, in February 2011. The divorced couple currently have two other homes on the market: a $7 million vacation estate in Beaver Creek, Colo., and an $18 million Beverly Hills home.
