It’s hard to think that anyone would want to leave this 6,000 square-foot beachfront Malibu mansion, but Oscar-winning producer Brian Grazer (A Beautiful Mind) is ready to sell and move onto greener pastures.
The producer, who once shared this home with his now ex-wife, Gigi Levangie, has re-listed the property for $18.9 million, down from $19.5 million last year.
The mansion, located in the prestigious neighborhood The Colony, has been on the market since 2007, when it went up for $16 million.

The Malibu mansion features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms on three floors with an elevator – not to mention some of the most beautiful views of the Pacific coast.
Grazer’s last home, an 8,000 square foot Pacific Palisades compound, was sold for $17.5 million to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner in 2007.
According to reports, Grazer recently purchased a mansion in nearby Santa Monica, for $12.5 million.
