Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker star, Patti Stanger, isn’t one to mince words. We’ve got the seasoned expert sounding off to Celebuzz exclusively about the latest Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson news.
Ultimately, Stanger says, she doesn’t think “he’s going to go back to her so quickly. I don’t think it’s going to be a lasting love relationship. I feel bad for her but I also feel bad for him.”
Stanger went on to pinpoint the reasons behind Stewart’s indiscretion, explaining, “I think we get so caught up in the temptation and the entitlement and we cross the line – and she crossed the line.”
What does Stanger think could reunite the couple?
Stanger, 51, says a reunion for the Twilight pair depends on how they answer these questions: “Can he trust her again – or can she trust herself again?”
Stewart, 22, was caught cheating on her on- and off-screen boyfriend, 26-year-old Pattinson, in July with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, 41.
And there’s more potential awkwardness for the Twilight duo. In just two months, worldwide promotion for the final installment of the franchise, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, will force these two together for countless events and red carpets.
“We’re going to be fine,” Stewart told the Associated Press on Sept. 6 at the Toronto International Film Festival. “We’re totally fine.”
“I was a little nervous, obviously. I’m always nervous before a red carpet,” Stewart told the AP at the Toronto premiere of her new film On The Road.
