Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds Wedding: Guest Reveals Details of ‘Wow’ Ceremony, Complete With Chandeliers Courtesy of Martha Stewart (EXCLUSIVE)

It may have been a secret, but it was a “spectacular” one, a guest who attended Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds‘ weekend wedding tells Celebuzz exclusively.

“It was the most romantic, intimate, spectacular wedding. It had a wow factor!” said the guest.

The newlyweds shocked the world with their hush-hush nuptials in Mount Pleasant, S.C., on Sunday — and the insider says Lively did it with a little help from her designer pals.

What did one special guest make for the bride on her big day?

Good friend and famed red-sole shoe designer Christian Louboutin presented Lively with a pair of custom-made Louboutins to help fulfill her list of something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

“Christian made shoes just for Blake to wear on her wedding day,” the guest said of the designer, who was on hand for the wedding.

Meanwhile, Gucci also showed the Gossip Girl star some love — a no-brainer, as she’s the new face of its fragrance, Premiere.

“They sent her some special perfume, which she wore on her wedding day,” revealed the insider.

Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s wife, Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, created Lively’s gown and her bridesmaids’ dresses, all of which our insider called “breathtaking.” “Her dress belonged in a museum,” the guest gushed.

The wedding’s design, meanwhile, was created by another A-list name: Martha Stewart.

“She did all the décor and shipped everything in — from the chandeliers to the sofas and lounges,” revealed the guest.  “It was Martha at her best. I hope they release photos because it was just beautiful.”

Guests included the 25-year-old bride’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars – America FerreraAlexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn.

“The Sisterhood girls were all there. It was so unique to see the bond they’ve shared all these years,” said the guest.

Lively’s family, meanwhile, is over the moon with the bride’s choice for a husband.

“Her family loves and adores Ryan,” said the guest.  “Their entire family just doubled overnight. Vacations will be bigger and grander.”

And while the nuptials caught many by surprise, they certainly weren’t planned on a whim.

“This was not a surprise,” said the guest. “They’ve known this was going to happen for a while. It didn’t just happen on a dime — it took time and effort. It was next to impossible to pull of what they did.”

The couple tied the knot at Boone Hall Plantation after dating for almost a year, exchanging Lorraine Schwartz rings in front of 70 friends and family members during an under-the-stars ceremony. Coincidentally,  The Notebook was filmed at the sprawling antebellum plantation, located just outside of Charleston.

Wedding planner Tara Guerard created the setting and aspired to make it feel like “home”; VIPs were treated to fine fare by famed Peninsula Grill and live music by Lively’s friend Florence Welch.
