NBC is drawing backlash after it chose to air an interview with Kris Jenner Tuesday instead of the moment of silence marking the 11th anniversary of 9/11.
The memorial, led by President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama in Washington D.C., and the NYPD, FDNY and Port Authority Police at Ground Zero, was broadcast by ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS’ This Morning and cable networks at 8:46 a.m. on Tuesday — the time the first plane hit the World Trade Center.
