The San Diego, Calif. beautician who boasted she had a ”drunken fumble” with Prince Harry in a Las Vegas hotel suite has been extradited to Mississippi to face charges of allegedly writing bad checks, Celebuzz has learned.
Carrie Lynn Reichert was arrested in San Diego on Aug. 24 as she tried to board a plane to Mexico in connection with a felony warrant in Harrison County, Miss., according to the New York Daily News.
Reichert had been a fugitive since 2003.
The buxom blonde — who previously went by the name Carrie L. Franklin according to a Miss. criminal record — had been behind bars at the Las Colinas Detention Facility in Santee, Calif. for the past three week.
Speaking exclusively to Celebuzz, the prosecutor handling the case said she could serve three years in prison if convicted.
“She faces up to three years,” Harrison County Assistant District Attorney Charles Wood told Celebuzz.
“She’s on her way back and should be here by today (Sept. 12),” he added.
Wood added a judge could set a bond for the blonde bombshell by Thursday, Sept. 13 and an arraignment date will be scheduled for later this month.
Celebuzz was the first to speak with Reichert’s ex-husband after she went on the record with the UK’s The People telling wild tales of partying with the young royal, including kissing him for “15 to 20 minutes.”
She claimed that the two, along with a roomful of naked party people, spent the evening drinking and playing games inside the prince’s VIP room at the Wynn hotel, last month.
Paul Reichert, who recognized his ex-wife after reading her tell-all online, said her behavior was no surprise to him: “It’s sad. I’m sure she did it to make a few bucks.”
While in Las Vegas, the 27-year-old prince also challenged Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte to a swim off.
