When we last saw Jessica Lowndes’ Adrianna on the CW’s 90210, she was jetting off to tour with the help of Austin (Justin Deeley) while her ex-boyfriend Dixon (Tristan Wilds) was in a horrific car accident.
So what can we expect from Adrianna in Season 5? We’re thinking a ton of drama but Celebuzz caught up with the star at Entertainment Weekly’s pre-Emmy party at Fig & Olive in Beverly Hills to find out.
“My character makes some pretty unethical decisions again this year and they kind of follow her around. Something happens in Vegas, that should have stayed in Vegas and it kind of follows her back to Beverly Hills,” she tells us. Could she be referring to the spoiler we heard about a hook up in Vegas after hanging out Carly Rae Jepsen? We think so.
How does the star feel about all the guest stars popping up in TV’s most famous zip code?
“We always have so many fun guest stars and I love it,” says Lowndes, 23. “It’s a constant surprise. We just filmed with Ne-Yo this week and it’s been really great. It always switches up the dynamic, it keeps it fresh and fun.”
In addtion to NeYo and Jepsen, Olympic champion Ryan Lochte will also be making a guest spot on the CW show.
The actress revealed more scoop when telling us that her character will find out about Dixon’s horrible accident in the first episode of the season, leaving her to make an epic decision. And though she was tight lipped on the details of the series milestone 100th episode of the series, she did mention it’s currently being shot.
Teasing us, she tells us, “There’s a lot more drama and a lot more singing scenes for my character which is great.”
As for her Emmy favorites for this weekend, while she is obsessed with Modern Family, New Girl and Girls, she says she’s, “rooting for everybody.”

The 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will air live on Sunday at 7PM ET, 4PM PT on ABC.
The fifth season of 90210 will premiere on Monday, Oct. 8 at 8 PM on the CW.
