Mad Men‘s Elisabeth Moss doesn’t think she’ll have a shot at taking home an Emmy on Sunday.
The actress is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, against Kathy Bates, Michelle Dockery, Claire Danes, Julianna Margulies and Glenn Close.
“I have no delusions that I am going to win, so I don’t worry about winning,” the 30-year-old told Celebuzz on Friday at Entertainment Weekly’s pre-Emmy party in Beverly Hills.
She is, however, rooting for team Mad Men — up for a number of prizes on TV’s biggest night, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (Jon Hamm) and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series (Christina Hendricks).
But Moss’ personal Emmy pick is costar Jared Harris.
“I like the home team. We got some really good supporting roles. Jared Harris — I go for my homies,” Moss told us.
Moss, who recently started production on the sixth season of Mad Men, attended Friday’s pre-Emmy party in a fun ‘30s-inspired black flapper dress by Naeem Khan.
“When I go out, I like to wear pretty dresses, feel girly, and I like things that sparkle,” Moss said of her party fashion.
“I like to feel sexy and womanly; during my everyday I wear jean shorts and t-shirts,” she added.
Tune into the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday at 8PM ET, 5PM PT on ABC to see if Elisabeth Moss and company will take home a prize or two.
