Emmys 2012: Nominee Tom Berenger Hopes For More ‘Hatfields & McCoys’ Reunions (VIDEO)

The annual Emmys always draw TV’s biggest celebrities to the swanky ceremony, but Hatfields & McCoys star Tom Berenger is only excited to rub elbows with only two of Hollywood’s most elite actors: His co-stars.

Kevin Costner and Bill Paxton — the leads of History Channel’s miniseries – are both up for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Movie, and Berenger says the Emmys is a perfect place for a cast reunion.

“We were in Romania for three months at the same hotel. It was a boys’ town,” Berenger told Celebuzz. “I hope we have many more reunions [soon].”

Hatfields & McCoys earned an impressive 17 nominations, including Berenger’s own Best Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or Movie nod.

“This thing needs to end tonight,” Berenger joked about the miniseries’ long press tour since nabbing the nominations. “[It] has gone on and on and on.”

Lucky for Berenger, it was finally his night — winning the Emmy for Best Lead Actor in a Miniseries/Movie for Hatfields & McCoys.
