Jersey Shore‘s Jenni “JWoww” Farley has finally found her Guido — and she’s marrying him too!
After spending seasons trying to find a man, the 27-year-old confirmed her upcoming nuptials to beau Roger Mathews on Wednesday, giving full details on her engagement — from calling co-star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi right after the proposal to her stunning new ring — in an inTouch interview.
“Roger’s not an average-looking guy,” JWoww said of her fiance. “He’s huge: his personality, his size [6’4″]. So I always said, ‘I want my ring like you — big! The bigger the better!”
So what’s JWoww’s history with her man?
The two met at Seaside Heights, N.J., during Jersey Shore‘s third season after JWoww had ended her tumultuous relationship with then-boyfriend Tom Lippolis.
JWoww and Mathews went out on a few dates — all captured on camera, of course — before giving their relationship the ultimate loyalty test as the reality TV starlet flew to Florence, Italy for Shore‘s Season 4.
Luckily, the couple remained as strong as ever and developed a mature relationship.
Two-and-a-half years later, Mathews popped the question with a Layna Friedman 5-carat diamond ring while the two were skydiving together. Adorable, right?
