Katy Perry’s Watercolor Frock: Love It or Leave It? (PHOTOS & POLL)

Despite her ex-husband likening her to a “meth addict” in a recent interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes, Katy Perry was all smiles as she stepped out in Japan on Monday.

The “Wide Awake” songstress, 27, slipped into a watercolor-inspired Randi Rahm mini dress and purple Jimmy Choo heels to for the Tokyo premiere of her movie, Katy Perry: Part of Me.

Like the singer’s VMA look earlier this month, the strapless frock showed off a more feminine and polished side to the vivacious singer, Perry did add a  bit of her quirky pizzazz to her nails.
