Which reality shows has the CW picked up for another round?
CW reality shows, Oh Sit, and Breaking Pointe have been picked up for their respective second seasons. Oh Sit is a musical chairs competition game show in which 12 contestants fight their way through five elimination rounds to claim their seat. Breaking Pointe follows the dancers of the Salt Lake City based Ballet West dance company. Premiere dates for Season 2 of both series will be announced at a later date. [The CW]
Jane Kaczmarek is heading to ABC’s The Middle. Kaczmarek will play Frankie’s (Patricia Heaton) career college teacher on an upcoming episode of the fourth season. The former Malcolm in the Middle star will have a rocky relationship with Frankie. [THR]
MTV2 has renewed its man-centric advice/pop culture sketch show, The Guy Code, for a third season. One of the network’s highest rated shows, it will celebrate by airing three one-hour compilation specials devoted to the topics of “Hooking Up” (premiering Tuesday at 11:00 PM), “Going Out” (premiere Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 11 PM) and “Manscaping” (premiere Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 11 PM).
