Sharon Stone has finally sold her massive Beverly Hills mansion for $6.57 million. The Basic Instinct star settled for a major price hit after she had initially listed the sprawling property for $10.95 back in 2006.
The Beverly Glen home, built in 1991, sits on a staggering 4.85 acres at the end of a private road, which is virtually unheard of in Beverly Hills. The Mediterranean mansion boasts 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
Other covetable amenities that the property offers are a large motor court that can provide covered parking for 14 vehicles, beautiful landscaping, a fruit tree grove, meditation garden and a tennis court.
The house also offers numerous bridged pathways throughout the acreage, along with stunning waterfalls, according to Zillow.
While the grounds of the sprawling estate are impressive, the interiors are just as majestic.
The master suite includes a fireplace, dual bath, his and hers dressing rooms and a large private terrace.
Despite the sale, the 54-year-old actress isn’t moving away from Beverly Hills. She owns another property, bought in 1995 for $3.25 million, a few blocks away.
The reported new owner of the mega-mansion? Producer Lili Zanuck, who’s produced such hits as Driving Miss Daisy and Cocoon.
