It’s hammer time — again!
Chris Hemsworth was spotted filming scenes for Thor 2 Sunday in London, with the hunky Australian actor looking scratched and bruised and falling flat on his back.
Naturally, Hemsworth, 29, was in full Thor costume as he filmed the apparently violent action scenes, donning the famous suit of armor, red cape and hammer.
The film, better known as Thor: The Dark World, hits theaters Nov. 8, 2013.
Hemsworth’s costar, Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman, will reprise her role as Jane Foster in the movie.
Thor hit theaters in May 2011 and went on to gross over $181 million, domestically, on a $150 million budget. Hemsworth later reprised the role in this summer’s epic blockbuster The Avengers.
