Usher Selling Georgia Mansion Occupied by Ex-Wife for $3.2 Million (PHOTOS)

Usher has followed through with plans to sell the Georgia home currently occupied by his ex-wife Tameka Raymond.

According to TMZ, the R&B singer listed the property for $3.2 million sometime last week. Raymond has been living there since the couple divorced in 2009.

Usher purchased the 12,544 square-foot home for $3 million, in 2007, while the couple was still married. It comes with, among other features, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a large outdoor pool.

Usher first notified Raymond of his plans in September. She is said to be “unfazed” by the decision, according to sources for TMZ.
