Now that the final Twilight installment is hitting theaters, Kristen Stewart is on the prowl for a juicy new role. The only problem? She doesn’t know what script she’s looking for.
“I never really know what I want to do until it’s right in front of me,” the 22-year-old told Yahoo at the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2 premiere on Monday night. ”I feel like if I knew what story I wanted to tell, I would be directing.”
She added jokingly, “Desperate for a job, folks!”
Stewart, who dropped out of the indie flick Cali this summer, revealed there is one thing she won’t miss about playing Bella Swan in the Twilight series: the new vampire’s red contact lens.
“Oh, we hated it,” she said of wearing the tinted lens — something her and on-again, off-again boyfriend Robert Pattinson had to do in the final movie. “All you want to do is an actor is break down walls. Well, trying putting a brick wall on your eyeball.”
