A YouTube video in which actor Angus T. Jones openly refers to Two and a Half Men as “filth” was never meant to be seen by a mass audience, according to the actor’s girlfriend, “Stalker Sarah.”
“It wasn’t meant for the whole world. He didn’t mean for it to come across for all people not to watch the show,” she said of the video, which has been viewed over 2 million times since it was posted on Nov. 26.
“He was just talking to the younger fans who are studying the Bible and that they shouldn’t be watching a half hour of dirty jokes if they’re starting they’re walk with God,” she added. “He loves the show, he loves everyone and has a lot of fun. And he has a lot of fun talking to them about the Church and the Bible.”
Since the video went viral, many wondered if Jones — who has since apologized for his actions — would suffer the same fate as his former co-star, Charlie Sheen, who was fired from Men in 2011 over disparaging comments made about series creator Chuck Lorre.
Even if there was a fallout, Sarah insists it wouldn’t have done much damage to the show, as there were already plans to end it after its current 10th season.
“I don’t think anything is changing,” Sarah said. “That was originally the plan, that this was going to be the last season,” she said, adding that Jones had already been informed of this.
“Not just his last season, but for the whole show,” she clarified.
“Originally, he didn’t know if he was even going to be back to Season 10, because he thought about going to college,” she added.
Sarah adds that Jones, 19, whom she refers to as her “best friend,” is “doing fine” and is currently “hanging out with family” as the scandal dies down.
Also featured in the video is Christopher Hudson, a Seventh-day Adventist Pastor and founder of the website The ForeRunner Chronicleswho has become a controversial figure for his outspoken comments against President Obama, gay marriage and other hot-button issues.
Despite the connection, Sarah insists Jones and Hudson’s relationship isn’t much of anything at all.
“Angus met him once, they did a video together in a short amount of time. He doesn’t have anything to do with our church and no one from our church knows who he is,” she said.
“Angus does a lot of research on the internet and comes across a lot of people. He watched his video and the guy wanted to meet him,” she added.
As Celebuzz exclusively reported, Jones began dating Sarah — an Internet sensation known for posing with many A-list celebrities — late last year after the pair met through family.
