Less than a month after being criticized for bringing his 4-month-old daughter, Faith, to a Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion, Kelsey Grammer is under fire again for allegedly failing to put the tot in a car seat this week.
A series of paparazzi photos show Grammer, his wife Kayte, and Faith arriving at Los Angeles Airport and then leaving in their car — with Kayte holding Faith on her lap in the backseat.
