Halle Berry is trying to move on from the Thanksgiving-day brawl that took place between ex Gabriel Aubry and fiance Olivier Martinez — quite literally, in the case of the home where it all went down.
Sources for TMZ claim that Berry, 46, has “very quietly” listed the Hollywood property for $15 million, and gave a prominent realtor a “pocket listing” a couple of weeks ago.
Berry reportedly received an offer last week for $11 million, but is holding out for more money, sources claim.
The 5,900 square-foot property includes five bedrooms and a 1,400-square-foot guest house. Berry purchased the home from actor Frankie Muniz.
Meanwhile, more details continue to shake out from the violent altercation between Aubry and Martinez, which left Aubry’s face bruised and battered and Martinez’s right hand in a sling.
According to TMZ, police have determined that Aubry, 37, was the one who initiated the fight to begin with.
“Suspect [Aubry] arrived at victim’s [Martinez] residence for child custody exchange,” the police report reads. “Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim’s head but missed and struck victim’s right shoulder instead. Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect’s head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim’s fiance [Berry] notified police.”
Aubry was arrested and booked on misdemeanor battery charges following the Thanksgiving-day brawl. Berry subsequently obtained a emergency protection order against her ex, which stated Aubry couldn’t go within 100 yards of Berry, their four-year-old daughter, Nahla, and Martinez.
For months, Aubry, Berry and Martinez have been at the center of a nasty battle over where Nahla is to be raised. Earlier this year, Berry made a plea in court to move Nahla to France, the home country of Martinez, to avoid the paparazzi.
The request was denied by a judge in November.
