One day after reaching a custodial settlement with his ex Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry was spotted out and about with the former couple’s daughter Nahla in Los Angeles.
Aubry, 37, donned a pair of shades, a hoodie and a baseball cap as he picked up his 4-year-old from school.
On Thursday, Berry’s attorney Blair Berk held up a piece of paper outside a Los Angeles court with the following handwritten message, according to TMZ:
“The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.”
In other developments related to Aubry’s Thanksgiving Day brawl with Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez, the Canadian model has dropped his restraining order against the French actor.
TMZ reports that Aubry’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, told an L.A. judge that her client no longer needed the order.
Just over one week ago, Aubry, who was in a relationship with Berry from 2005 to 2010, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery following a brawl on Berry’s property. He is due in court Dec. 13.
