Happy Birthday, Tyson Beckford!
On Wednesday, the former Calvin Klein model — and his abs — will blow out 42 birthday candles. And in honor of his big day, Celebuzz is taking a look at some of his sexiest shirtless moments.
From his days of modeling for Polo Ralph Lauren in the ’90s to his most recent runway appearances, the Bronx, New York native has enjoyed a strong career, which has included a slew TV gigs.
“I think I was born [to be a supermodel], honestly. When I was comping up, I didn’t have a guy or a mentor to look up to,” Beckford told Essence in 2009.
“I just went in there and did it, and they told me what to do, you know. But I started off as an actor. So, if you told me to act like a supermodel, I could do it. So I think it was probably born for me.”
These days, the former Make Me a Supermodel host is still very much a part of the fashion world. Most recently, Beckford attended the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City.
