Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from Demi Moore.
More than 12 months after the couple ended their six-year-marriage, the Two and a Half Men star cited irreconcilable differences in the filing.
He is not seeking spousal support, nor is he asking that a Los Angeles court deny Moore, 50, any financial support.
Both Kutcher, 34, and Moore have moved on since their split in November of 2011.
Kutcher has been dating his That 70′s Show co-star Mila Kunis since late last spiring.
The two made their relationship public with a very heated stroll through New York’s Central Park last September. The two were spotted making out and hugging while walking through Manhattan.
Despite having a rough year, which included a trip to a treatment center in January for an undisclosed medical issue, Moore has moved on since the split.
The 50-year old was seen dancing wildly next to partygoers at the Art.sy and Chanel BBQ at the Soho Beach House in Miami on Dec. 5.
She was also rumored to have been dating Vito Schnabel, an art dealer who is nearly half her age. He has since denied he is dating the actress.
